What is PitchIQ?+

PitchIQ is a Fantasy Premier League planning and decision-support platform built to help FPL managers make stronger transfer, captaincy, squad structure, and gameweek planning decisions using data-driven analysis, planner tools, projections, fixture context, and elite-manager signals.

Is PitchIQ officially affiliated with Fantasy Premier League or the Premier League?+

No. PitchIQ is an independent platform and is not officially affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Premier League or Fantasy Premier League. Fantasy Premier League and Premier League are trademarks of their respective owners.

Can I use PitchIQ if I do not have an FPL team?+

Yes. You can explore public areas, previews, projections, and selected platform features without importing a team. Advanced planning features work best when a valid FPL Team ID is connected.

Is PitchIQ available on mobile devices?+

Yes. PitchIQ is designed to work across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices so managers can review planner decisions and FPL information on the go.

How do I create an account?+

Select Sign Up and create a PitchIQ account using your email address and password. Once registered, you can access account features, save planner activity where supported, and manage your subscription.

How do I sign in?+

Select Login and enter the email address and password linked to your PitchIQ account. If your details are correct, you will be taken back into the platform with account access restored.

I forgot my password. What should I do?+

Use the Forgot Password option on the login screen. A reset link will be sent to your registered email address. Check your spam or junk folder if the email does not arrive shortly.

Why can I not log in?+

Login issues are usually caused by an incorrect email address, an incorrect password, an unverified account, or a temporary authentication delay. Reset your password if needed, then try signing in again.

FPL Team Import

Loading your Fantasy Premier League squad into the planner.

How do I connect my Fantasy Premier League team?+

Open the Planner and select Import Team. Enter your Fantasy Premier League Team ID, then PitchIQ will retrieve your current squad information and load it into the planner.

Where do I find my FPL Team ID?+

Log in to the official Fantasy Premier League website and open your Points page. Your Team ID appears in the page URL. For example, in fantasy.premierleague.com/entry/1234567/event/1, the Team ID is 1234567.

Why will my FPL team not load?+

Common causes include an incorrect Team ID, temporary FPL API delays, network issues, a recently created team that is not fully available yet, or unavailable FPL data. Check the Team ID and try again shortly.

How often does my imported team update?+

Your imported squad can be refreshed when new FPL data becomes available. Transfers, captain changes, chip usage, and squad updates made in FPL will appear in PitchIQ after the data refreshes.

Do I need to reconnect my team every week?+

No. Once your team has been linked, you can continue refreshing the latest squad data when needed without reconnecting from scratch each week.

Is my Fantasy Premier League login stored by PitchIQ?+

No. PitchIQ does not require your Fantasy Premier League password. The platform only uses publicly available FPL data associated with your Team ID.

Why does my squad look different from Fantasy Premier League?+

This can happen if recent transfers have not refreshed yet, captain or vice-captain changes have not synced, FPL data is delayed, or you are viewing a future planning scenario rather than your current squad. Refreshing team data usually resolves it.

Planner & Recommendations

How the planner, recommendations, projections, and elite signals work.

How does the Planner work?+

The Planner analyzes your squad, fixtures, prices, form, minutes expectations, projected points, elite-manager trends, and future gameweeks to support transfer planning, captaincy decisions, bench choices, chip timing, and squad structure.

How are recommendations generated?+

Recommendations combine historical player performance, fixture difficulty, form trends, expected minutes, ownership signals, elite-manager behavior, projection models, squad balance logic, and transfer optimization rules.

How accurate are projections?+

Projections are estimates generated from statistical models, fixture analysis, player performance trends, expected minutes, and supporting data inputs. They are designed to improve decision-making but cannot guarantee outcomes.

What are Elite Manager Insights?+

Elite Manager Insights analyze trends from high-performing FPL managers to identify popular transfers, captain selections, emerging player trends, consensus picks, and differential opportunities.

Will PitchIQ make transfers for me?+

No. PitchIQ provides recommendations, analysis, and planning tools. All transfers and final decisions remain under your control inside Fantasy Premier League.

Why might projections or recommendations change?+

Recommendations can change because of injuries, suspensions, team news, lineup leaks, fixture updates, price changes, player form, new statistical inputs, elite-manager trend shifts, and updated projection calculations.

Does PitchIQ guarantee points or rank improvements?+

No. PitchIQ provides tools, projections, analysis, and recommendations to support decision-making, but FPL outcomes cannot be guaranteed because football includes injuries, rotation, tactical changes, and unpredictable match events.

Premium & Billing

Subscription access, premium features, cancellation, and billing support.

What does Premium unlock?+

Premium may unlock deeper planner access, advanced transfer recommendations, elite-manager insights, multi-gameweek planning, expanded projections, additional recommendation depth, premium optimization tools, and advanced squad comparison features.

How do subscriptions and billing work?+

Premium access is provided through a recurring subscription. Subscribers receive access to premium features for the duration of their active subscription period. Billing, renewals, cancellations, and payment processing are handled securely through the supported payment provider.

How do I upgrade to Premium?+

Open the Pricing or Subscription page and select the Premium plan. Once payment is successfully verified, premium features become available on your account.

Why can I not access Premium features after subscribing?+

First refresh the page, log out and back in, and allow a few minutes for payment verification. If access is still unavailable, contact support using the email address linked to your subscription.

How do I cancel Premium?+

Premium subscriptions can be cancelled from your account or billing settings. After cancellation, premium access normally remains active until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.

How do I request a feature?+

Registered members can submit feature requests through the Request a Feature page. Explain what you would like PitchIQ to add or improve, why it would help your FPL decisions, and whether it would make Premium more valuable for you.

How do I contact support?+

Use the Contact page or support form available on the website. Include enough detail for the issue to be investigated quickly, especially if it relates to account access, billing, or team import problems.
